James McQueen Skin Shipping Policy

At James McQueen Skin, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we handle shipping.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped from our location in Georgia, USA.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $95 (Standard shipping only, U.S. orders)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

3. International Shipping

At this time, James McQueen Skin does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of your package. Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $95 (excluding taxes and discounts).

5. Delays & Shipping Issues

While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. James McQueen Skin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as missing or delayed packages, please contact us at jamesmcqueenbrand@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at jamesmcqueenbrand@gmail.com.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. James McQueen Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately at jamesmcqueenbrand@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is placed.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

James McQueen Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at jamesmcqueenbrand@gmail.com for further assistance.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jamesmcqueenbrand@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. We will promptly review the claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

10. Shipping Restrictions

James McQueen Skin does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
